BOX OFFICE POLICES:

Accessible Seating
Seating for the physically challenged is available for all performances. Please mention any special needs when placing ticket orders. We appreciate advance notice of patrons with restricted mobility or special needs so that we may accommodate you properly. To arrange seating for a group with special needs, please call the Marina Civic Center Box Office. The Box Office policy is to sell one physically challenged ticket and one companion ticket together. In accordance with ADA regulations, handicap accessible seating not sold twenty-four hours before the event may be released for general sales providing all other seats are sold. Patrons who use wheelchairs can access the front entrance by parking in the North parking lot. There are nine handicap parking spaces available with ramp access to the front doors. Please note: The upstairs Balcony and Mezzanine seating areas are not wheelchair accessible.

Canceled or Rescheduled Events
In the event that a performance is canceled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution, placed on our website, and sent to our email club members. Please be aware that due to time restrictions there is no faster way to contact individual ticket holders other than through the local media. If an event is canceled, the guest may retain their tickets and watch for information on the refund policies.

Children's Tickets
Discounted ticket prices for children are sometimes available for events. Age restrictions and the amount of discount vary by the event and are at the discretion of the touring act or promoter. For most events, children under age two are admitted free providing they are seated on the lap of a ticketed adult patron.

Duplicate Seat Policy
On the rare occasion that there are duplicate tickets, research will be carried out immediately to identify the correct ticket holder. Tickets that have been reprinted, and are marked as such, are usually the correct tickets. If two individuals have legitimately purchased the same ticket, this error may be amended by seating one of the ticket holders in another area, as close to the area on the ticket as possible.

Discounts
Each show has different pricing and discount arrangements. Shows presented by Bay Arts Alliance generally offer senior, military and member discounts.

Gift Certificates
The Marina Civic Center currently does not offer gift certificates.

Group Sales Information
Groups may be able to purchase event tickets at a discount price. Each show has a different pricing and discount arrangement. Guests may inquire about group ticket availability by calling the Marina Civic Center Box Office.

Lost/Stolen Tickets and Tickets Not Received in Mail If tickets are lost, stolen, or not received in the mail within ten days of purchase, guests should immediately contact the Marina Civic Center Box Office Manager for information on replacing the tickets. Please make sure to have your account information with you when you call. For stolen tickets, a copy of the police report must be presented to pick up replacement tickets.

On Sale Information
The Marina Civic Center will announce events through media releases and marinaciviccenter.com. These notifications can also be received by signing up for the Marina Civic Center Email Club through this website. Another way to find out about on sale dates and times is call our Box Office at 850-763-4696 during normal business hours or pick up an event calendar at our box office.

Presales
Occasionally, promoters and artists will put their shows on presale for a specific group of people, such as fan clubs or Bay Arts Alliance members. In the case of a Bay Arts Alliance member presale, the presale will be advertised to Bay Arts Alliance members as soon as we are notified of the presale date and ticket prices. This notification will be made by postal mail and e-mail.

Refunds / Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges on purchased tickets. Event promoters rely on pre-sales to determine pay for the concert or event long before it takes place. There are many costs associated with live events that many of us are not aware of, including equipment, large teams of people, rehearsals, recordings, travel expenses, etc. Were tickets refundable, it would make it impossible to guarantee payment for these real costs, and the event would not happen. Please examine the tickets after purchase to confirm you have received tickets for the correct show, date and time. Refunds for special circumstances are granted on a case-by-case basis. Service charges and mailing fees are not refundable. There are no exchanges on complimentary tickets.

Reselling Tickets
Reselling tickets is not permitted on or around the property of Marina Civic Center. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen or voided tickets - guests should make ticket purchases through the Marina Civic Center box office or website only. We are not responsible for tickets purchased through other methods.

Student Rush
Pending availability, Bay Arts Alliance offers $7.00 "Student Rush" tickets on their season performances. These tickets are available at our box office one hour prior to the performance.

Unused Tickets
If you cannot make it to a performance, you can return your tickets to the box office for donation to a charitable cause. Of course, we hope you'll attend, but if you can't, your donation will be gratefully accepted.

Will Call
Will Call is an alternative to mailing tickets. It simply means that you will pick up your tickets at our box office before the event. The Will Call window is open on the day of the event two hours before showtime. However, guests who have tickets waiting in Will Call may pick up their tickets in advance anytime during Box Office hours with proper ID.
