Accessible Seating
Please mention any special needs when placing ticket orders. We appreciate advance notice of patrons with restricted mobility or special needs so that we may accommodate you properly. To arrange seating for a group with special needs, please call the Marina Civic Center Box Office. In accordance with ADA regulations, handicap accessible seating not sold twenty-four hours before the event may be released for general sales providing all other seats are sold. Patrons who use wheelchairs can access the front entrance by parking in the North parking lot. There are nine handicap parking spaces available with ramp access to the front doors. Please note: The upstairs Balcony and Mezzanine seating areas are not wheelchair accessible, therefore, we ask promoters to price their shows accordingly to provide equal pricing in downstairs accessible areas.

Cancelled or Rescheduled Events
In the event that a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is sent to the local media for distribution by the promoter of the event or the artist's management, placed on our website, emailed to ticket purchasers (if they provided an email address) and sent to our e-club members. Please be aware that due to time restrictions there may be no faster way to contact individual ticket holders other than through the local media. If an event is cancelled, the guest may retain their tickets and watch for information on the refund policies.

Discounts & Ticket Pricing
Prices & Discounts are not set by Marina Civic Center, these are set by the various promoters of shows. Prices & Discounts vary by show and by presenter, please inquire at the box office before purchasing. Discounts cannot be given after tickets have been purchased. Prices, times, dates, discounts & information are subject to change; prices may be lowered or highered at anytime the promoter or artist would like.

Doors and Theater Opening
The time the doors open vary according to the promoters of the event. Typical access: Lobby is 60 minutes prior to scheduled showtime and the theater is open 30 minutes prior to the scheduled showtime.

Fees
Fees apply when purchasing by phone or online. There are no fees if you purchase in person at the Box Office windows. There is a $3 fee per ticket when purchasing by phone or online. If you choose to have tickets mailed then the mailing fee is $1.50 per entire order. We strive to keep our fees low for ticket buyers at the Marina Civic Center, this fee helps us cover the cost of our ticketing program, staffing, ticket stock, envelopes, mailing costs, etc. Our fees are the lowest in the industry (especially compared to ticketmaster which charges on average $10-$15 per ticket in fees). We use our own in-house ticketing system, called Choice Ticketing.

Gift Certificates
The Marina Civic Center currently does not offer gift certificates because performances are brought by different promoters.

Lost/Stolen Tickets and Tickets Not Received in Mail If tickets are lost, stolen, or not received in the mail within ten days of purchase, guests should immediately contact the Marina Civic Center Box Office Manager. Please make sure to have your confirmation number & account information ready when you call. Tickets may only be reprinted one time, we suggest to do so, if necessary, the evening of show.

On Sale Information
The Marina Civic Center will announce events through our E-Club, Events Calendar and on the Marina Civic Center Facebook Page. Marina Civic Center Email Club will only email you info on events, discounts, showtimes, etc, we never SPAM. Another way to find out about on sale dates and times is call our Box Office at 850-763-4696 during normal business hours or pick up an event calendar at our box office.

Presales
Occasionally, promoters and artists will put their shows on presale for a specific group of people, such as fan clubs, their own groups and typically, Bay Arts Alliance members. For info on how to become a Bay Arts member, visit BAYARTS.ORG, also on Facebook.

Refund/Cancellation/Exchange Policy
***NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON TICKETS & FEES***
Events are brought to the Marina Civic Center by different presenters and promoters. Therefore, we cannot give refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased. If an event or artist has cancelled, the Box Office will notify ticket holders through the email they provided (if they provided one) and the ticket holder can then contact the Box Office with the initial method of payment ready for refund. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be given on internet/phone/mail fees, even in the event of a cancelled show.

Reselling Tickets
Reselling tickets is not permitted on or around the property of Marina Civic Center. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen or voided tickets - guests should make ticket purchases through the Marina Civic Center box office or website only. We are not responsible for tickets purchased through other methods or other websites.

Unused Tickets
If you cannot make it to a performance, you can donate your tickets to a fellow patron at the Box Office or anyone you would like. Of course, we hope you'll attend, but if you can't, your donation will be gratefully accepted.

Will Call
Will Call is an alternative to mailing tickets. It simply means that you will pick up your tickets at our box office before the event. You may pick up your pre-ordered tickets during regular Box Office hours at the outside Box Office windows or you may choose to pick up the day of the event. If you choose to pick up the evening of the event, the Will Call window is open when lobby doors open (typically one hour before show). However, guests who have tickets waiting in Will Call may pick up their tickets in advance anytime during Box Office hours with proper ID.
